    What's the cutoff time for same-day delivery in Sydney?

    For standard same-day metro delivery, we recommend booking before 12:00 noon to guarantee delivery by close of business. Priority bookings placed in the afternoon can still achieve same-day delivery depending on pickup and delivery locations.

    Can you set up a regular daily pickup for our business?

    Yes, scheduled recurring pickups are one of our most popular services. We'll assign a regular driver to your route so they become familiar with your site, staff, and processes. Pickup times and frequencies are fully customisable.

    How do I track my delivery?

    Once your driver is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS or email with a live tracking link. You can see the driver's location in real time. You'll also receive an automatic notification when delivery is completed, along with the signed POD.
