    General Freight

General Freight is the backbone of our operation — reliable, cost-effective movement of palletised and bulk goods on consistent schedules. We run regular services across established routes, consolidating compatible freight to keep rates competitive without compromising transit times. Whether you're shipping palletised furniture to retail showrooms, managing inbound supply from multiple vendors, or distributing stock to stores across Sydney, we coordinate pickups, warehouse receival, and final delivery as a single managed service. Our team works closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth handovers and accurate documentation every time.

    Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum freight size you'll handle?

We handle consignments from a single pallet upward. For sub-pallet freight or carton lots, our courier and same-day service may be more cost-effective. We're happy to advise on the best option for your needs.

Can you coordinate receival bookings at distribution centres?

Yes. Many of our customers deliver into DCs with strict receival windows. Our operations team manages the booking process, confirms time slots, and ensures our drivers arrive within the allocated window to avoid penalties or turn-aways.

Do you offer volume-based pricing for regular shippers?

Absolutely. We offer competitive rate agreements for customers with consistent weekly or monthly volumes. The more predictable your freight task, the better the rate we can offer through consolidation and route optimisation.

What pallet types do you accept?

We handle standard Australian pallets (1165 × 1165 mm), Chep and Loscam pallets, and custom or oversized skids. If your freight requires non-standard handling, let us know at booking so we can allocate the right equipment.
