    Do you supply packing boxes and materials?

    Yes. We can supply a full range of moving cartons, butcher's paper, bubble wrap, tape, and wardrobe boxes. These can be delivered ahead of the move or brought on the day if you've booked our packing service.

    How do you handle fragile or high-value items like marble tables or artwork?

    Fragile and high-value items are individually wrapped in quilted blankets and secured with shrink film. Artwork and mirrors are packed in purpose-built picture cartons or custom-crated where required. We recommend noting these items during the pre-move assessment so we bring the right materials.

    Can you manage strata and building access requirements?

    Absolutely. We regularly work with strata managers and building concierges across Sydney. We'll coordinate lift bookings, loading dock reservations, and floor protection requirements as part of our standard pre-move planning.

    What happens if something is damaged during the move?

    All moves are covered by our goods-in-transit insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, we have a straightforward claims process. Our crew will document any incident on the day and our operations team will follow up within 24 hours.
